Summary/Abstract: The civil aviation security, known as a structured set of principles, rules, assertions and views as well as the group of standards and recommendations which are creating a specific interpretation of ensuring wider security in the field of civil aviation. It plays an important role in the selection of suitably qualified staff. The problem is the selection of the appropriately trained personnel, which can skillfully, correctly and accurately identify threats and knows how to counteract them. This issue should be a nightmare for every supervisor or manager. In this regard, many times attempts were made to determine the employee’s personal profile, which would have desirable traits and attitudes improving his effectiveness. The initial psychological tests should be defined and developed. Their main aim will be examining the characteristics of the employees psychomotor skills, in order to make a system of civil aviation security more tight.
