Summary/Abstract: Emergency information system is an important element of security management of the state and its citizens. A link of this system are emergency information centers. The aim of this article is an attempt to assess a current emergency information system pursuant to qualitative research with the application of focus group interview and free interview. The article attempts to assess emergency information system and to determine the role of emergency information centers in this system based on a systemic organization model identified by Harold Leavitt.
