Summary/Abstract: Undesirable to socio-pathological cases within the society, including groups of pupils, are increasing in situations of socjety growth, being a turning point, unclear, socially difficult. One of these changes is also the currently happening process of economical, political and social change in the Slovak society. The contribution presents some research results conducted to the problem of victimization increase in the school environment of elementary and high schools.
