Summary/Abstract: This paper presents an analysis of the impact of the financial support programs that are given to entrepreneurs by promoting Guanajuato Impulse Program, this support has increased in recent years, and so have the actions or omissions made by the government of the State of Guanajuato to face the effectiveness of the various programs implemented to solve this problem. The purpose of this research is to understand the impact of the Employment Promotion program of the government of the State of Guanajuato in entrepreneurship and job creation. It aims to analyze the impact of financial support, employment generation and point out the problems that an entrepreneur faces and thus, evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of this program. Although programs for the entrepreneurial drive that have been implemented from various educational or governmental bodies, indicators on entrepreneurship and employment are not encouraging because they do not reflect progress on the problem of high unemployment to which the population is facing. The data indicate that 4 000 742 direct jobs were created in the 46 municipalities in the state in 2013 and 70% of the projects of entrepreneurship will die within two years. It is a qualitative research approach where, as an instrument, interviews are used, focused on 11 entrepreneurs benefited from this program and based is performed in three dimensions which are: the impact of economic support that has given the Promotion Programme, the preservation and creation of jobs and the problems unresolved by entrepren eurs.
