Team Role in the Implementation of Changes in Psychiatric Health Care Management

Summary/Abstract: This study was based on the assumption that human resources have a significant impact on the quality of changes in the management of mental health care. In this context, cooperation is required between the representatives of various organizations, from which the human resources require not only adequate preparation in terms of knowledge, but skills and teamwork. Therefore, the aim of this publication is to define the essence of human teams and their importance in the implementation of changes in the Polish system of psychiatric care. As a result of consideration it was established that improving the efficient use of human teams of organizations working for the protection of mental health is a prerequisite for effective implementation of changes in the sector.
