Research Productivity of Logistics as a Process in Manufacturing Companies

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present the process of research productivity of logistics in manufacturing companies. Increasingly it used a  process approach. Methodology of research productivity of logistics processes also requires systematization in the structure of business processes. It was presented processes breakdown of addition value to the customer. There are fundamental processes, supporting processes and management processes. The research productivity of logistics was qualified to the last group. It is a process that is obtaining information, which will take the appropriate decisions. The exemplary map of business processes also includes logistic processes that contribute to value creation as the basic and supporting processes. Also is presented the process map “study the productivity of logistics in the production company”, which takes into account the actions to be performed and the divisions or persons responsible for the implementation of specific process activities. Developed process map is to serve enterprises in the rapid implementation of programs to improve productivity through clear indication in what order and by whom they are to be performed various tasks.
