Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present feasibility of improving organization of work in the law office with the use database system. A key research problem concerns the development of data collection methods, so that obtaining information and analysis making was carried out in a  fluent way, without need for excessive involvement of employees and thereby to improve their efficiency in the performance of their other, pivotal duties. The solution should result in the development of convenient tools, giving the possibility of using a system which efficiently process, analyze and uses data. The paper presents the possibilities offered by the use of the accuracy of the logistics information system (LIS) in service activities. Describes the scope of the use of databases in the rationalization of flows and information management. A solution in the form of a dedicated database is presented and the author indicates the anticipated benefits for the company resulting from its implementation.
