Summary/Abstract: The risk management was presented in the area of personal details processing andcontrol mechanisms in the department of public finances were presented in this paper.In terms of control mechanisms the changes in the Personal Data Protection Act whichis effective on 1 January 2015 was considered. The changes concern new role of anadministrator of information safety.
