Summary/Abstract: the article investigates the state of the support business processes management at the enterprises. It presents the results of the conducted marketing research on the relevance of the secondary business processes outsourcing. The proposed matrix “Complexity – Importance” can serve as a tool for the strategic analysis and management of the support business processes of the enterprise, and classify them according to the “complexity” and “importance” criteria. The most important criteria concerning the transfer of the secondary business processes for the outside implementation is the price, highly qualified staff, reliability, use of innovative approaches.
