Summary/Abstract: The article deals with cold supply chains which solve the problem of guaranteeing the freshness and quality of the thermally labile goods to the consumer. The author systematizes product groups, distribution of which requires compliance with specific temperature. Managing the cold chain requires keeping a product within desirable temperature conditions along the supply chain. This presents many challenges in the construction features and operation of cold supply chains. The problem can only be solved by the consolidation of efforts in the form of union of manufacturers, logistics service providers, and retailers of the leading suppliers of equipment and technologies.In the article areas of ensuring the competitiveness of logistics services on the market of thermally labile products are illustrated on the example of Ukraine.
