Summary/Abstract: Israel is composed of a Jewish majority but has also an Arab minority. Themembers of the national-ethnic minorities in Israel are the Arabs, the Druze, the Bedouins and theCircassians. In this article we examine the integration and segregation of the Israeli educationalsystem, at the same time emphasizing the integration of Arabs into bilingual schools such as theYad Beyad Network, and the motives of two different ethnic groups to create a common education.
