Summary/Abstract: The dynamic changes in the retail enterprises could be observed during last years. We can see the influences of many factors. Growing share of e-shops is the one of the factors characterizing these changes. The development of e-commerce, beyond the unquestionable consumer benefits is also associated with threats for classic retail enterprises. Meanwhile, the authors assume the thesis that classic retail largely determines the development of e-stores, which is related to expectations and customer habits. Therefore the existence of the classic retail acting for e-commerce will create the possibility to distinguish the offer of e-stores.
