Summary/Abstract: This article researched various aspects of the innovational activity at micro- &macro level: necessity to develop innovational activity at the enterprise; stages of technologicalinnovation; factors which determine the level of technological innovation; modalities of obtaininglower costs while innovating a new product; indicators and criteria of estimating the qualitativelevel of a new product; stimulation of the innovation process at the enterprise etc. The formulatedconclusions and proposals will contribute to the development of research-&-development activityas a decisive factor of economic development.
