Summary/Abstract: There are examined in this article various aspects related to the modalities ofdecision-making within the managerial activity. A classification is provided for decision options.There are also described: the decisional environment, the stages of decision-making process, typesof decisions depending on the level of management, models used in grounding decisions etc.
