Summary/Abstract: In the face of changes related to the development of technology and a change of approach to managing a modern enterprise based on knowledge and trust, teleworking is becoming an increasingly common and valued form of employment. A derivative of this are significant changes taking place both in the structure of employment and the functioning of enterprises. Due to the dynamics of the labor market, changing in favor of an employee, for many companies, changing the organization of work from traditional, fixed to remote becomes a necessity both for economic reasons related to competition and staffing. Among the organizations that are eager to use new solutions in the field of teleworking for pioneers are understandably understandable enterprises in the IT industry. They lead in the implementation of the remote work model, finding effective solutions to improve team communication and implementation of tasks. The emergence and development of telework has contributed to the need to redefine relationships management – taking into account the distance factor (distraction).
