It allows to solve complex problems, and adapt product tocustomer’s requirements. Scrum makes all its rules dependent on the incremental iterativestructure of the process. Among companies using the Scrum method, most of them arethose in which employees willingly apply new solutions and are highly motivated to work.Remote work is also a part of it. The Scrum methodology is used to manage projects in anefficient manner. It clearly defines the timeframe of project implementation and forms ofteam communication. The biggest problem with remote work is communication. The teammembers should cooperate and integrate with each other. Distance communication doesnot always bring the desired results and does not always serve its purpose remotely. Theaim of the study is to show the possibility of introducing and applying Scrum in an enterprisebased on a remote working model.
