Summary/Abstract: In the era of e-economy and informatization, the stability of operation and the continuity of IT products delivery are extremely important. To ensure this stability, it is desirable to have as much regularity of work speed of teams responsible for software development as possible, and therefore predictability in the delivery of IT products. Unfortunately, the work speed, and as a consequence the efficiency of agile software development teams, is variable. In turn, the organizational climate and work atmosphere are important factors affecting the efficiency of work in IT teams. Therefore, the appropriate modeling of organizational climate factors in agile software development teams should positively affect the regularity of work speed of these teams, and thus their efficiency.
