Summary/Abstract: There is no effective and efficient sales without perfect communication and the ability to fit in with the customer’s expectations and the communication style of the caller. The key to sales is the right assessment of the customer’s personality and flexible adaptation to their expectations and requirements. The main aim of this article is to present the concept of a new sales model based on communication with the use of the colours of the personality of customers and sales people.The basis of the article was the analysis of literature in the field of personality psychology, sales management and customer service. The characteristics and role of colour codes inincreasing sales effectiveness over the phone were described. The article discusses the current status of personality color code in sales and the prospects of application in algorithms and sales applications.
