Summary/Abstract: Business financing remains the current issue in finance science both in the field of business practice and theory. Due to the constant changes in the internal and external conditions of the development of modern enterprises, financing problems are also evolving. Special modifications can be seen in the area of defining the concept, its goals, meanings, forms, structure or relation with capital. The subject of the article is to determine the nature and place of financing enterprises in corporate finance management, taking into account the evolution of its concept, objectives, structure and approaches to defining capital.
