Summary/Abstract: This article attempts to explain the process of the formation of the first business idea. For this purpose E. Nęcka had summarized four concepts of creativity described as systemic. These have been analyzed using the results of research carried out in 2014. on a group young people who want to start or are already implementing their own business. Also the case of using constructed in the theoretical model was examined. The study shows that young people seeking first business idea, are largely basing on previously acquired skills and experience, rather than on a systematic analysis of data on industries or markets. A particular manifestation of such experiences is previous hobby. Having it in contact with transgression helps finding and launching the first business idea. Theoretical analysis of systemic conceptions of creativity using the results of the survey made possible proposing a model explaining the behavior of young people in the process of finding a first business idea. It includes four stages: the permutation, transgression, configuration, test of the market. This model was used to analyze the case-study of a start-up Audiomegic, which (for now once) confirmed the validity of its application.
