Summary/Abstract: Contemporary organizations are aware of the importance of human resources,and because of that they try to do everything to satisfy theirs employees. They know the best way to do this is to create appropriate incentive system. Properly selected motivation system can have an incredible impact on the higher performance of the employees and theirs positive attitude to the organization. Therefore, the primary task of the managers is to create such an incentive system for subordinate employees, that they will identified themselves with the organization and they will try to make the best of their work.In this article, I will present classic and modern tools for motivating employees and I will try to determine which ones can be implemented in family businesses.
