Summary/Abstract: This study is concerned with measuring the effectiveness of the training process. The authors based their considerations on the literature section and the case study ofa commercial enterprise constituting a branch of a transnational organization. The sourceof data was the company’s training unit – the Academy. Researchers shows that the most difficulties are faced in the final stage of the training process, i.e. the evaluation of their effectiveness and translation of training results into the organization’s objectives, therefore it seems reasonable to conduct theoretical and empirical considerations related to the issues being addressed.
