Summary/Abstract: In the pursuit of innovative solutions and implementations that requires the rapid transformation of acquired knowledge into new products or services, the enterprises will meet the challenge of continually creating conditions to consolidate the established position on the market and further development in the process of ongoingimprovement in order to achieve the adopted strategy. The business model should meet an integrating function both external and internal elements and should inspire to plan strategic activities and changing them intotactical and operational targets. For the purposes of implementation of the modelin business, taking into account the changes, is necessary for the harmony between the following aspects: organizational structures, support systems, processes, employee’s skills,resources available, the motivating system and the assumed horizon of time. The enterprises that will show the ability to understand the market and its challengesand efficiently respond to the changes they should have the following features: market sensitivity confirmed by the analysis of activities, comprehensive innovation, efficiency in operationand create an appropriate climate for employees [Kozielski 2012, s. 45]. In order to adapt to changing market conditions, the enterprises should support the development of managerial skills such as: building partnerships with clients, acquiringand using the knowledge, creating the image of an innovative company on the market or miscellaneous take advantage of acquired skills and opportunities.
