Summary/Abstract: The conditions in which modern teams of employees arise and function undergo dynamic changes. For team managers, this means meeting many challenges on this ground. One of them is the presence of many generations of employees in organizations. The aim ofthe article is to try to identify the features of multigenerational teams from the perspective of the differences between them. The article was based on the studies of domestic and foreign literature.
