Work in an individual system of values in organizational culture context

Summary/Abstract: The article presents work as a value in the context of organizational culture. The authors focus on the issue of work value and show the process of values’ infiltration as an interesting area of research. They suggest that organizing social research on work value could be related to research on organizational cultures e. g. in regional diversity context.
