Summary/Abstract: The considerations in the article are made on the background of the liquidity management process. The main aim of the paper is to assess changing patterns infinancial management among Polish hospitals associated with the implementation of new legal changes into the healthcare system whereas the research hypothesis is that the implementation of the “Commercialization act” had a serious impact on liquidity management policy in hospital. To verify the hypothesis the assessment of liquidity strategies was applied. The presented analysis indicates that, indeed, the changes hada serious impact on liquidity management process in the analyzed hospital.
