Summary/Abstract: This article describes teal management styles that are free from rigid hierarchy. Principles of teal management are discussed. The article offers useful recommendations to follow in running the teal organization. Buurtzorg – a pioneering healthcare organization – is described as an excellent example of a teal organization. F. Laloux’s views on laying the foundations of teal companies are presented. Considering the significant contribution of A.J. Blikle to teal organizations in Poland, his approach to building a teal organization is described.
