Summary/Abstract: Analysis of marketing action run by enterprises of the industry of the medical tourism is a purpose of the present article. Contents of the article are an initial presentation of wider examinations concerning functioning of enterprises of the medical tourism. The first results were quoted case study of selected companies. Later led questionnaire forms, interviews with employees and customers and analyses of documents will stay. The article is describing the marketing of such companies as “Miracki” or “Institute Day Spa Africa” from Łomianki. The article is pointing also at the meaning of soft factors of the management in the marketing of companies.
