Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the issue of innovative risk strategy in the operation of small and medium-sized enterprises. After a short introduction, the definition of innovative risk emerging in many literature studies is discussed. The next part of the article discusses the problem of innovative risk management in enterprises discussed in research studies. Next, the basic and recommended strategy for the operation of innovative risk in small andmedium enterprises is described. The paper closes with a short summary.
