Factors Determining the Impact of Tourism Clusters on the Sustainable Development of Tourism in the Reception Areas

Summary/Abstract: The article is of theoretical nature. It is based on the results of literature research on cluster cooperation and sustainable tourism development and tools forits implementation. The main objective of this article is to identify, classify and analyze factors that can stimulate the impact of tourism clusters on the sustainable development of tourism in the reception area. The factors were divided into general and specific factors(sub-factors) as well as internal and external factors. The main focus was on the analysis of three groups of internal factors (their main categories) related to cluster organization regarding the functioning of the cluster structure (referring to individual links of the structure and their activities for sustainable tourism development as well as joint initiatives undertaken by the cluster’s links) and factors related to cluster management.
