Summary/Abstract: Changes occurring in the labor market cause that employers face the issue of the alarmingly decreasing number of people who are capable and ready-to-start working. The resulting difficulties, relating to attracting and retaining desired employees, can be overcome through the focuson employee experience. Putting employee experience in the focal point can be an important step in the search for effective ways of dealing with contemporary challenges in the corporate world, including the management of increasingly diverse, e.g. age-wise, resources. The main goal of the article isto present the concept of employee experience and present selected Design Thinking tools that can help build such experience. Studies of domestic and foreign literature and discussion on the possibilities of using these tools have allowed to formulate recommendations/challenges for designers of experience for different generations of employees. The article was based on the study of domestic and foreign literature on the subject as well as the results of research conducted by the authors.
