Summary/Abstract: Customs brokerage services play an important role in international trade. Despite the fact that their contribution to the development of e-business is significant, their literature analysis is still rare. Because of globalization, business needs fast and reliable systems which will be helpful in import and export activities. Due to that fact, author tries to present most vital aspects of customs brokerage services and indicates future of those services, especially driven by the development of e-services.
