Summary/Abstract: For ten years customs risk analysis, both in the EU and Poland, is the basis customs controls carried out in international trade. It occurs only in IT systems, which increase the efficiency and effectiveness carried customs controls. EU customs risk management system (CRMS – Customs Risk Management System) is used for communication between Member States and systematic exchange of customs risk information. In Poland – program ZISAR for customs risk management to streamline customs services.
