Summary/Abstract: Enhance borrower-consumer protection in relationship with lending company (lender) on the non-bank markets of consumer loans (personal loans) is the primary aim of the government’s draft low amending. It concerns amongst others regulations of the consumer loan’s market. Currently, governments’ proposals are being widely analysed and attached with finance markets experts. The characteristics discussed in this paper relate mainly to: consumer loan’s markets, non-bank segments of consumer loan markets, problems of asymmetries in the relationship between borrower- consumer and the lender, financial security of borrower-consumer and legal basis for rules concerning consumer lending. In particular, there are described the essence of mentioned above government’s draft low amending and its certain regulations. Characteristics all of areas specified aimed at verification of the proposed hypothesis that the implementing rules of government’s draft low amending will have positive influence on enhance level of consumer’s financial security.
