Summary/Abstract: The paper will show the emerging trends of shaping innovations in logisticsin the second decade of the 21st century. The changes that are currently taking place are primarily related to what we commonly refer to as the 4.0 industrial revolution. The logistics company 4.0 is an entity whose economic activity is based on a wirelessand wired communication connection of clearly addressed mobile and stationary smart devices that jointly implement and materialize the movement of the product, or differently any conceivable physical thing. The future of logistics is and will be determined by two general trends – mass communication and intelligent storage. Both trends are inter twined, contributing to the main strength and axis of logistics development.
