Summary/Abstract: The paper presents an agile approach to product backlog management in thearea of setting priorities. This aspect is a fundamental one while planning the releases and iterations for solution development. Many domain oriented sources, papers and books,provide techniques and methods that enable to set priorities in an efficient and effectiveways. However there is a lack of systematic, and to some extent, disciplined approach that instructs how to carry out these activities in an agile manner, fast, flexible and efficient onthe one hand, and on the other hand takes into consideration comprehensive view of application domain and stay focused on product’s features business value. In this paper the application of Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas have been presented as a tools for agile product backlog management.
