Summary/Abstract: Risk management is a proactive activity aimed at better management of resources. The subject of the study is the organizational risk as well as the symptoms ofits occurrence in the context of the 4th Generation Industry concept. The presented research results showed the possibility of occurrence of threats and their manifestations in the context of identification of organizational risk in cybernetic and physical systems.As a result, the possibilities of dealing with organizational risk aimed at minimizing its level have been proposed.
