Summary/Abstract: The objective of this project was to analyze the organizational climate of a family business in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. The case of study was selected because it is a local organization wich has remained in the productive sector of footwear over eight decades, maintaining image quality specialized and where its partners have secured employment for several years. The scope of the investigation began as exploratory for being a retrospective case. It is not considered pre hypothesis. The instrument developed by Hernandez-Sampieri (2014) to measure the organizational climate was adopted. This proposal can be considered for a subsequent improvement in the practice of it, and be taken as a basis for other economic family companies of similar characteristics, even when best practices can be understood as a design specifically for each particular situation and context. The research results were positive about the vision that the leader has for his company and his associates share this vision as most would continue to work for the company.
