Summary/Abstract: Ponzi scheme is a specific form of investment-related fraud, depending on the flow of new investors into the system. It results in violation of the law, contributes to the fraud in the finance, as well as the creation of market and operational risk. This scheme also provides an example of a deficiency in the monetary system of the state, an unfair investment operations (called unfair financial package) based on the mutual trust between the parties involved in the transaction i.e. the investor and company investment funds.
