Summary/Abstract: Throughout this paper we aim for a doctrinal analysis, from a theoretical point of view, as well as from a judicial perspective, of the constituent elements of smuggling offenses criminalized by the Romanian criminal law with reference to opinions and controversies found in Romanian and foreign specialty literature.
