Summary/Abstract: Throughout this paper we aim for a doctrinal analysis, from a theoretical point of view, as well as from a judicial perspective, of the subject-matter of the smuggling offense incriminated by Romanian criminal law, with reference to certain opinions and controversies found in Romanian and foreign specialty literature.
