Summary/Abstract: Creep, creep recovery and stress relaxation processes in seven fabrics as well as their binary systems compound of textile fabrics assembled together with a fusible interlining were researched. Time-dependent mechanical behaviour of the researched object including stress-strain relations and stress relaxation was studied. Breaking and creep characteristics of the studied fabrics were identified. Referring to obtained results creep test conditions (load of 50 N) were selected. During relaxation experiments the specimens were put under deformation of 20% and 40% (from break extension) and stress mutation of was registered in 1800s. The results of creep tests are confirmed by total deformation and its components, and relaxation test results – by the indexes of stress relaxation. Stress relaxation indexes of heterogeneous binary deformed textile systems are smaller than the same indexes of the separate components.
