Summary/Abstract: In the context of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) one of the most important right of the individuals is represented by the acces right. GDPR defines rights for data subjects and in the same time obligations for data controllers but it is unclear how individuals and controllers interact concretely. From this point of view, the aim of this paper is to analyze some mechanism for managing these requests correlated with other important data processing rules and principles.
