The analysis of knowledge management use by the labour market institutions – practical implementation

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the fundamental assumption regarding knowledge management. Labour market institutions that function in Łódź area as a part of modern economy were characterized as well. The report shows the use of knowledge management within these institutions. The authors state that adequate management of these immaterial resources will help to stabilize and develop the corporation between different partners.
