Summary/Abstract: The provisions regulating the Preliminary Chamber institution of the Code of Criminal Procedure aim to meet the requirements of legality, celerity and fairness of the criminal trial and create a modern legal framework, which revealed the need to achieve its object, which involves checking after indictment, competence and legality of referral to court and also verify the legality of evidence and to carry actions by the prosecution bodies.
