Summary/Abstract: Schizophrenia is a social disease which often appears at puberty and maturity at the age 15-30. Mainly it is a disease of young people. None of the human race or social class is free from schizophrenia. Neither religion nor culture can protect against it. Around 1% of the whole of the population suffer from schizophrenia in different periods of the life. The disease requires some changes in community life. These changes are too great for parents carers. It is necessary to support and help family with a sick person and strengthen or make efficient the family as a system.
