Summary/Abstract: In order to provide the normal evolution of the criminal lawsuit and to call the persons which committed offences to criminal account, the legislator regulated the ordering procedural measures for the purpose of preventing and precluding some situations whose occurrence would obstruct the adequate carrying on of the judicial bodies’ activities.
