The Structure and Content of the Education System of the County and Inter-County Party Schools in the Communist Romania

Summary/Abstract: The party education system was created by the Romanian communists fallowingthe model of the party schools web in USSR, for the propose of training theRomanian Workers/Communist Party cadres and ordinary members, syndicates andyouth organization members, with both political and ideological knowledge, generalculture and specific knowledge. This system was aiming the formation of cadres, whoafter the graduation were to occupy positions of responsibility in the central andlocal structures of the Party or in the state institutions. This article proposes toanalyze diachronically and synchronically the organization structure and the contentof party education system, at the county and inter-county level as well as therelationship between them.
