Summary/Abstract: The Federal Republic of Germany was one of the founding members that was at the beginning of European integration from the middle of the last century. In the Basic Act is based European integration as the target of the state that is Germany strongly comitted in its implementation. The constitutional arrangement in the Integration Article 23 is distributed in a number of implementing laws which provide role of the supreme state institutions in these processes. The Federal Constitutional Court takes between them important place by its jurisprudence that goes beyond the German state.
