A change in the level of enterprise’s flexibility and its cost - case study analysis

Summary/Abstract: The article considers the issues of flexibility of the company. The research problem concerns the cost of changes in the level of enterprise’s flexibility. Based on the case study method has been presented the situation of change in the level of flexibility of one of tour operators. Due to the nature of the case study it was possible to abstract cost-effect relation from the whole situation.
